What is the Cremorne Coworking Voucher Program?
Flexible Workspace Australia in partnership with our members is excited to deliver the DIF Hubs Cremorne Coworking program as part of the Digital Innovation Futures initiative of the Victorian Government.
Kicking off in the DIF2022 Festival, we are offering 200 day pass vouchers via Deskpass for workers who want to use coworking, flexible office space and meeting rooms in Cremorne.
How Does the Program Work?
The DIF Hubs Cremorne coworking voucher program allows workers to use a coworking space near them for any multitude of reasons. Simply register your details on Deskpass and nominate a participating coworking space of your choice and you will be issued a voucher to use prior to 28 February 2023. What Are The Benefits of Coworking?
Unlike traditional leased offices or workplaces, coworking spaces offer you the flexibility to work where you want, when you want. You are not scheduled into a rigid timetable and can choose to come and go as you please according to your own schedule.
Coworking spaces also promote mental health and workplace wellness by encouraging social interaction with other professionals and the opportunity to network in a casual, unforced environment.
Many coworking spaces offer perks to their members including free barista style coffee, hi-speed wifi, quiet collaboration areas and meeting rooms, bike storage, end of trip facilities and on-site community managers to assist you with any queries.

Terms and Conditions
There is only one voucher available per worker. If you do not use your voucher by the end of the Program, it will be null and void. You may change the date of your use of services by liaising with the coworking space directly and there are no guarantees, either implied or otherwise, that your preferred dates will be available. Multiple workers from an organisation may redeem vouchers, but no more than three vouchers can be redeemed from any one company (ABN). This voucher funds a coworking table or hotdesk for one day only. If you book and/or use more additional services from the coworking space, you commit to paying for those services. You authorise DIF2022 or Deskpass to give the co-working space your contact details so that they can contact you and book you in. By registering for a voucher you give DIF2022 or Deskpass or the coworking space you nominate permission to contact you to confirm that you have booked into a coworking space and to contact you to confirm that you used your voucher. Your usage may at the discretion of FWA or DIF2022 or Deskpass and be reported in support of identifying and improving the delivery of future programs. In all instances, this data will be anonymised to protect your individual and organisation’s privacy. You will not be contacted for any reason other than these reasons unless you opt into other communications. Use of your nominated coworking space is a transaction and arrangement between you and the space. FWA is not responsible for this transaction or arrangement. You agree to abide by all published regulations of the coworking space both written and verbal. You permit your nominated coworking space to send a copy of their invoice to FWA so that the coworking space can be paid for the voucher by the Victorian Government through the DIF2022 grant. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash nor anything other than the services your nominated coworking space permits. You may change the date of your use of services by liaising with the coworking space directly and there are no guarantees, either implied or otherwise, that your preferred dates will be available. The vouchers are only valid from 24 August 2022 until 28 February 2023 unless otherwise advised by Deskpass or your nominated coworking space.
