Notice of meeting, agenda and voting for new directors
NOTICE OF FLEXIBLE WORKSPACE AUSTRALIA ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Date & Time: 23 October 11am AEDT
Location: Via Zoom
ACTION: Please nominate via email to hello@flex.org.au a member representative from your organisation that will cast votes for the new additional directors.
Notes:
- Voting will be open for the 48 hour period after close of the AGM
- If you do not attend the AGM you will still be able to vote but you will miss the opportunity to ask questions of directors
- More than one person from your organisation are welcome to attend the AGM but only one person will have a right to vote on behalf of your organisation
- Only Operator and Affiliate members have a right to vote, Supporter members do not have voting rights, however they are welcome to attend the AGM
