Marcus Corah is a motivational speaker and sales coach specialising in helping businesses connect more deeply with their customers. He has trained many companies around the world to communicate more effectively and persuasively with their customers. In his book, The Persuader, Marcus shows you how to harness the power of emotions to win more business.
In this session Marcus will introduce the Hierarchy of Influence, a model that explains how to use different levels of communication during a sale to turn more prospects into paying customers.
This session will go beyond the traditional approach to selling using features and benefits, and instead you will understand how to unlock the emotional desire the prospect has to fulfil to buy from you.
Marcus will include in his presentation examples of sales processes and strategies specifically for the flexible workspace industry.
Ben Hall, founder of Work Place Media and FWA sponsor, has been working with Marcus and was keen to share what he has learned, and will introduce Marcus.
