As Country Manager of APACs largest and most recognised boutique coworking brand, the Hive, Simon leads the expansion across Australia. Currently, with locations in Collingwood (the Hive) and Melbourne CBD (The Cluster).

Before joining the Coworking industry, Simon spent 30yrs in the fitness industry, working in England, New Zealand and Australia.

From hotel health club receptionist to respected industry consultant, Simon has worked as the General Manager of Fitness & Marketing at the YMCA, creator of the Australian & New Zealand Fitness Industry Survey, board member of New Zealand’s peak fitness industry body – Exercise NZ and fitness app developer in partnership with Fitness Australia.

With a passion for exercise and his local community, Simon has volunteered as a surf lifesaver on Bondi Beach for many years.

With an undergraduate degree in Anthropology and Linguistics from NYU and after a four year solo trip around the world, Chelsea Perino first discovered her love for advertising in Cape Town, South Africa. There, Chelsea spent two years running all things marketing related for an experiential marketing startup, before returning to New York to complete her MA in Public and Organizational Relations.

Since then Chelsea has worked in advertising both in New York and most recently in Seoul, South Korea, leading digital strategy for a global mobile communications brand. Now based in Hong Kong, Chelsea is the Managing Director, Global Marketing & Communications at The Executive Centre, Asia’s leading premium flexible workspace provider.

Chelsea is passionate about organizational culture and believes that creating a dynamic and collaborative working experience positively affects team morale, productivity, and fosters community. Through a newly developed global marketing strategy and complete re-brand, her goal is to establish The Executive Centre as the leader in workspace experience, community and corporate-culture facilitation.

Jessie has over 10 years experience in the property industry and was part of the team that founded WOTSO WorkSpace. Prior to her appointment as Joint Managing Director, Jessie was Chief Operating Officer at BlackWall. She has a Bachelor of International Communication from Macquarie University.
