    Morning Tea & Networking

  8. 11:40 AM

Breakout 1 — Tech Tribes, Beauty Suites & Ecommerce Warehouses: What is The Power of Going Niche?

    BREAKOUT

Bradley Delamare (Tank Stream), Jared Keen (Salon Lane), Harry Kempler (Clik Collective) · Moderator: Ophelie Cutier (Spacecubed)

Concurrent breakout — choose one of three (11:40 AM–12:20 PM). Four operators who built deeply differentiated models share what happens when you stop trying to be everything to everyone — and why niche positioning drives stronger community, retention and growth than a generalist approach.

  9. 11:40 AM

Breakout 2 — Video & YouTube: Gold Nuggets from the Gurus

    BREAKOUT

Tobi Skovron (Cubes.Co), Tashi Dorjee (JLL) · Moderator: Krystle Sulway-Johansson (GPT Space&Co)

Concurrent breakout — choose one of three (11:40 AM–12:20 PM). Two industry practitioners who've built audiences and businesses through video content share what they've learned, what works on YouTube for workspace and small business, how to start without a big budget, and where the real value lies.

  10. 11:40 AM

Breakout 3 — USPs: Do You Actually Know What Yours Is?

    BREAKOUT

Andrew Rothstadt (CPO Group), Cassandra Kavanaugh (Rethink Your Workspace) · Host: Barry Hickman (Collective 100)

Concurrent breakout — choose one of three (11:40 AM–12:20 PM). Most operators think they know their point of difference, but can they say it in one sentence? A session that challenges operators to get honest about what genuinely sets them apart, and how to build sales and marketing around it rather than generic flex-speak.

  11. 12:25 PM

Panel: Landlords & Flex — Risky Tenant or Essential Amenity?

    Host: Natalie Slessor, CBRE

Leading property voices explore how coworking is being incorporated into assets. Panellists: Letitia Hope (ISPT), Stephen Nicol (The GPT Group), Alexandra Brownlee (Dexus).

  12. 1:10 PM

    Lunch & Networking

  13. 2:20 PM

Panel: Will This Industry Die Without Data?

Eyal Lasker (Flexspace.AI), Jim Groves (Rubberdesk), Sam Hagler (SharedSpace) · Moderator: Kate Dezanauld

The state of industry data and what operators need to make better decisions.

  14. 3:05 PM

    The Conversion Rate Problem

    Host: Dan Hastings, Christies Spaces

Why most enquiries don't become members — sales funnel data, follow-up, pricing clarity and what actually closes a deal. Panellist: Debra Fallon (Workspace365).

  15. 3:50 PM

    In Conversation: Experience Speaks

    Moderator: John Preece, Hub Australia

Australia's most experienced operators get candid on the challenges, wins and where the industry is heading. Speakers: Robert How (The Executive Centre), Kate Hasbani (WeWork), Jamie Vine (Liberty Flexible Workspace).

  17. 5:00 PM
