Founder Tobi Skovron — who credits an early shared workspace in Santa Monica with shaping his path — continues to drive the network's national growth.
The expansion reflects broader momentum in the sector: hybrid-flex offerings in Sydney rose sharply over the year to September 2025, marking the strongest national growth for flexible space since 2020.
