The Executive Centre will open a new 1,640sqm premium flexible workspace at 400 George Street in Sydney's CBD in July 2026, as its existing Sydney portfolio runs at 94% occupancy.
The Executive Centre (TEC) has announced a new Sydney location at 400 George Street, opening in July 2026. The 1,640-square-metre CBD floor will offer 44 private offices, 25 coworking stations and four meeting rooms, alongside a café, members' lounge and event space.
The expansion responds to strong demand — TEC's existing Sydney portfolio is running at 94% occupancy — and lifts its national footprint to nine locations totalling more than 11,240 square metres.
